I started in the real estate arena as a home mortgage lender in the early 2000's. What motivated me to get into mortgage lending was due to how poorly my home loan experience had gone when I purchased my first home.

As a first time home buyer my experience was terrible. I couldn't seem to find a real estate agent that had time to show me homes and the lender I had been referred to at my local bank wouldn't return my calls nor would keep me in the loop on the status of my loan. Let's just say it didn't leave me with the feeling that I was being serviced well for making one of the biggest financial investments for my family.

My personal experience is the driving force behind my customer service. Communication is very important to me, and I want to provide what was lacking in my transaction to every person I work with. Even if the answer isn't what you want to hear at least knowing that someone is getting back to you provides peace of mind.
